• First order by name or postcode to check for duplicate/ multiple orders to same person (these items need to then be manually marked as depatched on click and drop and also the platform ie amazon ebay.)

• Then sort by weight to find similar weight items, make sure to select by postage class ie 2nd Class only, 48 Only etc

• If weight is different you can still batch together, just don't tick the overwrite boxes.
